Bone marrow is collected via our qualified hospital and physician network from healthy IRB consented human donors. Bone marrow aspirates and cells are drawn from the posterior iliac crest using a syringe containing anticoagulant. The donor is required to review and sign an approved procedure-specific consent form prior to the collection.
Use cells immediately upon receipt.
Testing: Donors are tested for HBV, HCV, HIV, HTLV, WNV, Trypanosoma cruzi, and Syphilis.
