Collection-specific information for fresh material include collection date, start and end time, and processing date (for isolated cells). For cryopreserved material, additional information include cryopreservation date and pre-cryopreservation white blood cell count per bag (for cryopreserved leukopak only). For mobilized leukopks and isolated cells, dosing regimen detail is included.
  2. Donor Information: Details include donor ID, age, gender, height, weight, ethnicity, blood type, BMI, and available HLA results.
  3. Testing information: Extensive testing panel according to current FDA requirements for allogeneic blood donation. Results of other donor screening criteria, such as CMV and EBV, can be provided for an additional fee. Donors are tested prior to each collection.
  4. Flow Cytometry Analysis/CBC Information:  A CBC report is provided with fresh non-mobilized leukopaks. Flow cytometry analysis is provided for all isolated cells, cryopreserved leukopaks, and mobilized leukopaks.
